Innovation Norway togheter with partners NORWEP, ABRAN, NBCC, GCE Node, NCE Energy Technology and Consulate General in Rio de Janeiro make a call now for you to join us in the Norwegian pavilion at Rio Oil & Gas 2022.

They are preparing a unique space for you with a lounge, opportunity to make pitches to a qualified audience, fully equipped meeting room and networking sessions.

The pavilion

The Norwegian pavilion is located at Warehouse 4, nearby Equinor, Aker Solutions and many other relevant companies for the Norwegian profiling.

The space offered is a common lounge area, that is suitable for pitches, networking events and receiving your potential clients for meetings in a dedicated meeting room.

Pavilion design

This is an illustration on how the pavilion should be. The logos of exhibitors will be visible on the logos wall. To reduce waste material, we kindly ask you to bring information and brochures in QR code so we can avoid as much as possible paper and plastic waste.

Detailed outlook - Pioneering Sustainabilty

The Norwegian pavilion will profile the slogan "Pioneering Sustainability" and will serve to brand the solutions presented at the Norwegian pavilion and how Norwegian solutions can provide safer, longer operation, more efficient and lower emission production of energy.

The ESG approach of the Norwegian Pavilion

For the sake of remkaring this strategic positioning, Innovation Norway has planned some ESG related strategies for the pavilion such as having an emission offset certificate to compentsate for the emissions generated by the pavilion construction and ocunt on collaboration with Dream Learn Work NGO to recruit young, assisted staff to have a training communication and work to support the the Norwegian companies at the pavilion. The youngsters recruited from DLW will receive a certificate signed by Consul General of Norway in Rio de Janeiro and Innovation Norway, describing the work done.

Rio Oil & Gas - investment

The investment for space in common area is BRL 18,000.00

It incluces; area leasing, pavilion design, construction and disassemble, access to lounge, catering, opportunity to make a presentation or pitches within the program in the pavilion, access to meeting room and access to pavilion launch cocktail.
