Successfull Joint Subsea-stand at ONS 2016

GCE Subsea co-exhibited with ClampOn and SubC Solutions during last week’s ONS and all parties are very satisfied with the result.

GCE Subsea facilitated a joint stand to promote the subsea cluster at ONS 2016. We were located at the Region Bergen stand and had invited our partners and members to be a part of our joint stand. ClampOn and SubC Solutions took advantage of this initiative and co-exhibited with us this year.

At our stand, we met a lot of other cluster members and collaborators and we made valuable new connections that will benefit our work for the cluster.

ClampOn, who chose to participate at ONS at the GCE Subsea joint stand this year, is satisfied with that choice. – We were situated in the Region Bergen area, and although we had less stand space than in previous years, ClampOn is very satisfied with the outcome, says Anja Bilsbak, Area Sales Manager in ClampOn.

– We were available to all visitors, had the opportunity to demonstrate our products and spoke with both existing and potential customers. We had a great ONS-week with GCE Subsea and SubC Solutions, friendly people and good atmosphere, she concludes.

SubC Solutions has been a part of the GCE Subsea joint stand several times and are very pleased with the arrangement:

– SubC Solutions’ participation together with GCE Subsea and ClampOn at ONS 2016 has exceeded our expectations, says Asgeir Salen, General Manager in SubC Solutions.

– With more than 65 000 visitors at ONS 2016 in total, the high participation demonstrates an optimism in the industry in general and this was reflected in the amount of visitors at our stand. We arrived in Stavanger Sunday evening and was taken care of by GCE Subsea who arranged an exhibition kick-off dinner, splendid, he continues.

– In addition, a gathering for the Region Bergen stand was arranged by Hordaland County, Bergen Municipality and HOG Energi. I must also mention the boat trip with Statsråd Lehmkuhl together with both Region Bergen and Region Stavanger members on Monday evening, could it be better? Salen exclaims.

More than a Stand

The ONS Region Bergen Exhibition was teeming with activity from the opening on Monday morning and throughout the week.

Business meetings, stand presentations, product demonstrations and a SEAR workshop, are just some of the activities that took place during the exhibition.

– For SubC Solutions, ONS 2016 have been a success and have generated business and future cooperation with other companies from around the world have been discussed and drafted, Salen says.

– The stand was organised by Region Bergen and GCE Subsea in a professional way, which gave us the opportunity to concentrate on our sales work and business meetings. SubC Solutions brought a PC with our company presentation, placed our brochures in the rack and business cards on the desk, it couldn't have been easier. To all of the GCE Subsea employees participating in Stavanger I would like to say thank you for a successful exhibition. Keep up the good work you are doing, we are proud to be a member, Salen concludes.
