Are You Ready for Speed Dating?

Register now for our most popular annual member event, GCE Subsea Møteforum. This event gives participants a unique opportunity to speed-date many potential customers and partners all in one place.

Last year, 45 companies participated and close to 200 speed-dates were performed between partners and members of the cluster. One participant enthusiastically exclaimed that it would take him years to achieve the same number of fruitful meetings the ‘normal way’!

This years’ event will be arranged at the new hotel Scandic Flesland Airport, 2 November.

The main idea with Møteforum is to give our member companies an opportunity to meet prospective customers like Statoil and the major subsea contractors like Aker Solutions, One Subsea and TechnipFMC. However, our experience has shown that the event also creates many other fruitful partnerships and technology collaboration, between companies and between industry and R&D institutions. For this purpose, GCE Subsea, Innovation Norway and The Norwegian Research Council will also be available to give advice on innovation project funding schemes.

Before the speed-dating starts there will be given short presentations by Statoil, Inventura and one other company (TBD).

- After signing up for the event, companies can prioritise which other companies or entities they want to meet and based on these requests we set up a meeting matrix for the eight 10-minute speed dates per company, says Gunnar Buvik, responsible for the event at GCE Subsea.
