Travel Support from the Research Council of Norway

The Research Council of Norway offers travel support for companies and research organisations that wish to attend the NOIA conference to develop research and technology projects within oil and gas in cooperation with Canadian partners.

Norway and offshore Canada have many similar issues and opportunities related to oil and gas.

At the same time, the countries have complementary expertise, infrastructure and testing facilities that can create mutual benefits for the supplier industry and the research communities through closer cooperation.

The Research Council of Norway are therefore offering travel support for Norwegian participants at the NOIA conference, which is held in St. John's 17 – 20 June 2019 and is the most important meeting place for the petroleum industry to develop networks and project ideas with Canadian players.

This is followed up by opportunities to seek support for technology and research projects this fall in DEMO2000 and PETROMAKS 2. Deadline to apply is 5 April. Read the call for travel support for the NOIA conference in St. John's (in Norwegian).
