Job Opportunity as EU Adviser
The industry cluster GCE Ocean Technology, together with VIS, are seeking EU Adviser.
The consultant will work for both companies and mobilise the associated clusters for increased collaboration and participation in EU projects with the main focus on marine renewable energy, subsea mining (so-called deep sea mining) and aquaculture.
The position is a central part of the strategy for increased value creation in the business sector through increased participation in international research and innovation projects, as well as further development of Norway as an ocean nation. GCE Ocean Technology is the main employer and the EU adviser will be part of the cluster's management team.
The position is partially financed by Innovation Norway and will be a two-year commitment. There is a clear ambition that the position should be self-financed at the end of the period.
The workplace will be VIS and GCE Ocean Technology's offices at Vitensenteret at Marineholmen in Bergen.
