Access to World-class Competence and Infrastructure
The Catapult Centre and its partners, presented their plans for making existing infrastructure worth 1 billion NOK available to the industry. Moreover, the centre will invest several tens of millions into new joint test infrastructure.
Small and medium sized companies are the primary target of the centres, but larger companies and research institutes and universities are also welcome to test their ideas.

GCE Ocean Technology has been selected by Siva to run a pilot project to identify and establish a minimum of 10 innovation projects throughout Norway within the ocean industry, which can be accelerated through the different catapult centres.
So far, several projects have been identified, and work is ongoing to realise these. Earmarked pre-project funding has been established to support pre-projects. GCE Ocean Technology will also help look for funding for running main projects.
