Paleesha has an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pretoria and is in the process of completing her Masters in Technology and Innovation Management specifically focused on knowledge transfer within intra-organizational networks in South Africa.

Extensive Experience

Currently employed at Sasol (a multi-national South African energy and chemicals company) as a Sustainability Analyst, Paleesha is experienced in landscaping and benchmarking within the oil and gas industry, particularly in the field of green technologies.
