Corona Virus Update

To prevent the spreading of the corona virus (Covid-19), GCE Ocean Technology have taken several measures regarding our events and working routines. Beyond this, we remain fully operational.

There is great uncertainty about how the corona virus (Covid-19) will affect Norway in the coming months.

We strive to be reliable despite the difficult situation and have taken several measures to reduce infection risk.

Events

Our upcoming events have been cancelled or postponed: If you have registered for one of our events we will contact you in due time regarding updates about the event – information is also to be found in our latest news alert and event calendar.

Home Office

We are fully operational, but all employees have taken home office like our government requests for as long as necessary. We have tool support through communication solutions like Teams which allows us to work efficiently and productively in teams and maintain our work for and with you and all stakeholders.

Response Time

Since schools and kindergartens are closed on a national basis, and some of our staff have more flexible working hours than usual due to this, we ask for your understanding that processing of requests and cases may be delayed in some cases.

Keep Posted

We continue to monitor the situation closely and will at all times relate to the current decisions of the Bergen Municipality and the Institute of Public Health (FHI).
