Work alongside experts and peers through five modules to create robust strategies for scaling up your company’s projects globally. Join our Ocean Tech Scaling Program taking place in Bergen, Oslo and MIT in Boston autumn 2022.
The Ocean Tech Scaling Program is designed to stress test your growth strategy making sure that the market wants what you have to offer and boosting your growth with tools taught by world class lecturers at BI Norwegian business school in Norway and the Martin Trust Center for MIT Entrepreneurship in Boston.
Five modules
The programme is divided in to five modules:
- Market strategy (19-21 October at BI Campus Bergen)
- Business model (7-11 November at Martin Trust Center for MIT Entrepreneurship in Boston with serial entrepreneur Bill Aulet and access to world class mentors)
- International scaling (7-8 December, at BI Campus Oslo)
- Organizing the company (11-12 January, at BI Campus Oslo)
- Risk management and financing the growth (31 January - 1 Februrary, at BI Campus Bergen)
