Are you looking to take your business to the next level?
Here's a fantastic opportunity to do so! GCE Ocean Technology, in collaboration with BI Norwegian Business School and Massachusetts Institute of Technology, is inviting companies that are ready for growth to participate in the sixth round of the Ocean Tech Scaling Program this autumn.
This program offers your company the opportunity to upgrade your business, develop your growth strategy, and expand your network through 5 modules taking place in Bergen, Oslo and Boston.
The participants are ususally either startup companies that are now scaling and expanding their business abroad or they are tech companies expanding their businesses into new or related markets. They are all companies that need to test their growth strategies and that will be advised and guided by great national and international mentors in this program.
A Unique Opportunity
The Ocean Tech Scaling Program is a unique opportunity for eight to ten companies to participate in the program.
GCE Ocean Technology's team thoroughly checks potential participants to ensure that they have the necessary ambitions, management and skills that fit the program's objectives.
The program consists of five modules, with four taking place in Norway (Bergen and Oslo) and the fifth at the Martin Trust Center for Entrepreneurship at MIT.
Participants works with experts and colleagues from other companies who like them, want to create robust strategies and speed up the company's business expansion.
The program's key figure is entrepreneurial guru Bill Aulet, who himself is a serial entrepreneur and has been advising and guiding many companies in developing their growth strategy. Bill is also a great communicator.
Agenda Vestlandet is a driving force for the green transition on the west coast of Norway. Many new green business models die in the valley of death. This is a waste of resources. This is why we support this scaling program, as it creates new green jobs, and drives the transition from oil and gas, Frode Nergaard Fjeldstad, CEO at Agenda Vestlandet at Sparebanken Vest.
If you are interested in being one of the ten companies to participate in the Ocean Tech Scaling Program starting autumn 2023, please get in touch with Owe.hagesaether@gceocean.no.
This is an excellent opportunity to take your company to the next level!
The Art of Opting Out
The program is designed to stress-test each company's growth strategy, and experts from Boston and international investors and entrepreneurs will evaluate each participant's solution. This program is an opportunity to learn the art of opting out and concentrating on the most important factors to become effective entrepreneurs.
The organizing staff has received a lot of great feedback from companies that have participated in the previous five years. Participants were helped to work strategically with growth and scaling and how they could implement the methods in their own companies.
Continued Support from Sparebanken Vest
GCE Ocean Technology is grateful to Agenda Vestlandet and Sparebanken Vest for their generous support. They have agreed to continue sponsoring the program for the next three years.
