1. Gain a role in our collaborative projects
We are currently seeking input from the ocean industries in several of our projects like:
VindVest Project: Along with key stakeholders in the region, we will explore the comparative advantages Vestland possess and what is required in terms of skill enhancement and investments to become key players in the offshore wind industry. Get involved.
SFI Smart Ocean project is on a mission to develop a wireless underwater sensor network, and GCE Ocean Technology is actively engaging with industries to expand activities and gain insights into the demand for sensors and communication solutions in the ocean. Get involved.
Resource Group for Renewable Energy aims to connect closely with our members and partners working in offshore renewable energy. The work is primarily digital, with occasional in-person meetings and site visits during the year. Next being a site visit to the Hywind Tampen control room. Register for our resource group here.
2. Get on stage
We are organising 40+ events yearly, to offer arenas where the ocean industries can showcase their solutions and share experiences and lessons learnt.
Currently we are seeking presenters for our Ocean Lunch & Learn webinar series.
Presenting is exclusively for members and partners of GCE Ocean Technology, but the webinars are open for all.

3. Ocean Tech Scaling Program: Nurturing Growth and Innovation
Kicking off the fall season, with the Ocean Tech Scaling Program. This 5-module learning experience gives you insights from a world-class faculty, seasoned business mentors, investors, and peers.
Participants undergo a comprehensive evaluation of their company, business model, strategy, and growth potential.This years, participants are Goodtech, CGG, Deep Ocean Havkraft, Korall Engineering, Olvondotech, Scanreach, and Veltech.

4. Students workforce
Student projects are ideal to explore new ideas, gain knowledge and increase your company’s innovation capacity.
Western Norway University of Applied Sciences (HVL) is requesting assignments for bachelor projects for students in general mechanical engineering, energy technology, marine engineering, industrial engineering, subsea and ocean technology. HVL is also increasing their offerings within Master-level students.
