Fast-tracking ideas to market
Please contact us, if you would like to learn more about opportunities within test infrastructure within the ocean industries.
We have entered into a strategic collaboration agreement, with Sustainable Energy, giving members of GCE Ocean Technology access to extended services.
Moreover, we are also in partnership with Ocean Innovation Catapult Centre who also offer test infrascture to help ideas go faster to marked.
Tore Kallevåg, Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Sustainable Energy Norwegian Catapult Centre, sharing insights about the 2.6 MW floating wind turbine, Zeyfyros, is situated 10 km west of Karmøy, not far from Utsira North, and with almost the same wind conditions. This open testing infrastructure is available for all companies to use.
Join our Resource Group for Renewable Energy
The resource group started its work in 2023, providing a platform for input, discussion, and networking for employees from our partners and members on various topics such as:
- Input and feedback to activities and priorities in the cluster
- Identification of topics that can provide a basis for project development
- Input to work programmes and strategies for Horizon Europe and other international funding schemes
- Input to national strategies, such as Energy21
The work is primarily digital, with the possibility of occasional in-person meetings.

Take part in our 12-week growth program
We will be kicking off the fall season, with the Ocean Tech Scaling Program. This 5-module learning experience gives you insights from a world-class faculty, seasoned business mentors, investors, and peers.
Participants undergo a comprehensive evaluation of their company, business model, strategy, and growth potential. Last years, participants were Goodtech, CGG, Deep Ocean Havkraft, Korall Engineering, Olvondotech, Scanreach, and Veltech.

We're organizing a side-event specifically designed to foster connections between Norwegian businesses and international stakeholders.
