Meet the 2024 Cohort of Our Growth Programme
This year's participants in our growth programme are Amundsen Kabel, Aragon, CCB, Entail, Flex2Future, Framo, Glex, and Æge Energy. Each of them bring their growth project to the table.

As both mentor and co-organizers, they play a pivotal role in leading this growth programme alongside ScalingLab and the Martin Trust Center for Entrepreneurship at MIT in Boston.
Per Ingvar Olsen from ScalingLab is the programme’s academic lead, ensuring participants receive top-tier educational content.
The other mentors guiding the participants include Tom Lindtein and Harald Hvidsten from ScalingLab and Karina Halstensen Birkelund from Farvatn.

Preparing for the MIT Boston Experience
In just a few weeks, the group will head to Boston for a week, where they'll receive world-leading, personalized guidance based on MIT’s cutting-edge entrepreneurial teachings and research.
The programme is designed to help companies sharpen their scaling strategies through a methodical approach and the expertise of mentors in Bergen, Oslo, and at the Martin Trust Center for Entrepreneurship at MIT in Boston.
